POP3 :

Incoming Server Settings:

  • Incoming Server Name: pop.zoho.com
  • Port: 995
  • Require SSL: Yes

Outgoing Server Settings:

  • Outgoing Server Name: smtp.zoho.com
  • Port: 465
  • Require SSL: Yes
  • Require Authentication: Yes

User Name : Your complete Zoho Mail address. If your domain is hosted with Zoho, then provide [email protected] here.
Email Address : Your complete Zoho Mail Address. If your domain is hosted with Zoho, provide [email protected]
Password: Your Zoho account password. You may require Application Specific password to set up the account in other devices, if Two Factor Authentication is enabled for your account.

IMAP :

Incoming Server Settings:

  • Incoming Server Name: imap.zoho.com
  • Port: 993
  • Require SSL: Yes

Outgoing Server Settings:

  • Outgoing Server Name: smtp.zoho.com
  • Port: 465
  • Require SSL: Yes
  • Require Authentication: Yes
