In recent times, technology has evolved and a lot of smart gadgets are coming every day. Most of the smart gadgets including smartphones, USB lights, USB fans, Bluetooth speakers, power banks and a lot more devices are all coming with USB charging support. We use our laptops to charge these devices more than charging it via the direct power. Even though USB charging is slow, it helps in many situations and it makes the devices UP for quite some time. USB charging helps a lot for long travel.

But the sad part is, we need to keep the laptop ON and the screen in the Open state to charge the devices. It will consume a lot of power and reduces the laptop battery life. So, here I came up with a small tip, which allows you to charge your USB supported gadgets, even if the laptop is in sleep mode and the screen is closed. Here is the list of steps that enables this feature in Windows Operating system.
