Facebook has auto-play video option enabled by default in both android and iPhone apps. By having this option enabled, the data consumed lot and we don’t want to watch all the videos. Also Ice bucket Challenge videos are widely spreading popularly in social media’s including Facebook in raising money for ALS research, but this auto-play option raise your data charges. So here i have steps to disable or turn off the auto-play option for videos in Facebook android and iPhone app.
How To Steps on Android :
1. Open your facebook app on your android phone.
2. Navigate to “Settings” and under “General” settings you can find “Video Auto-play“. Tap on Video Auto-play and choose “off“.
How To Steps on iPhone:
1. Open your Facebook app on your android phone.
2. Navigate to “Settings” and under “Video” you have “Auto-play“. Tap on Auto-play and choose “off“.
