Yes, Xiaomi India has launched their new smartphones under Redmi 4 series. The all new Redmi 4 variants were launched in India a few days back in a grand event in held in New Delhi. There are 3 variants launched during the event one with 2 GB RAM, the second one with 3 GB RAM and the third one with 4GB RAM. All the variants will feature the fingerprint sensor and 4100 mAh battery.
Many of the visitors and my friends have asked about the features and some doubts about the devices. To clarify the frequently asked questions about the device, I’ve made this post.

Note: Before we start, please note that all the 3 variants of the phone feature same design, camera, fingerprint sensor and other specs. The only difference between the variants is the RAM, Storage and obviously the price. Hence please look at the question about RAM, storage, and price for the difference between the three variants. How do Redmi 4 look, design and its dimensions?
Redmi 4 comes in a metal body frame that is made of anodized aluminum. It is a 5-inch smartphone with 2.5D curved glass and IPS HD [720p] display with Night display, reading mode support. On the front, we have the earpiece, sensors, and front facing camera on top and notification light, physical navigation buttons on the bottom. On the top, we have 3.5 mm audio port, IR blaster and secondary noise cancellation microphone.
On the left, we have volume buttons and power button. Bottom we have speaker grill, charging port, speaker/microphone. We have the hybrid SIM slot on the right side. On the backside of the phone, we have the rear camera with flash located on the top and the fingerprint sensor at the center. Also, we have the standard MI logo on the back side bottom.
The dimension of the phone is 39.24mm x 69.96mm x 8.65mm.
